Is drop shipment facility available?

Drop shipment (sending the order to more than one destination) is available. In such cases , the orders should be placed via the phone, email or fax. Customer bears the shipping charges for drop shipments.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Yes, sales tax is applicable on all orders.

Are shipping charges included in the price?

Customer pays for shipping charges determined at the time of checkout. Shipping charges are based on weight and method of shipment chosen.

Is the order shipped on the same day of order placement?

Orders placed by 2PM EST will be shipped on the same business day. In some rare circumstances, it will ship by the next business day. All orders placed after 2PM EST will be shipped by the next business day.

Can I return the products purchased?

Please refer to our return policy at the bottom of the page. Unopened and new products can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please note that shipping cost will not be refunded unless it is determined that the return is a result of our fault (wrong/defective product). PLEASE CONTACT US VIA THE PHONE/EMAIL BEFORE INITIATING THE RETURN TRANSACTION.

Is shipment tracking facility available?

We are working on providing the shipment tracking option. It is not implemented as yet.
